Pawa Chenresiz (Avaloketishvara) (70K) Western Tibet and Mount Kailas

T
he cave-temples of remote Western Tibet contain stunning artistic treasures. This is a trek to visit these caves, many of which have only recently been described.

Our 2011 tour was abruptly cancelled as the Chinese Government closed Tibet to all foreign visitors five days before we were due to enter the country. At this moment (01aug11) we have no definite date for running this tour again... but would certainly like to! Please ask.
