A lifetime of collecting, an interest in crafts and a cultured eye are a rare combination. Mr O.P. Jain embodies those and much more. At Sanskriti, on the outskirts of Delhi his diverse talents combine in a museum-cum-residential-home for visiting artists and craftspeople. Around a spacious garden a tracery of galleries displays the varied crafts of India. It's one of the most beautiful places I know. On our tour to north India, we spend a morning here, and take lunch in the garden.
